[After hearing this conversation Rapunzel felt it was finally time to let someone in on a little secret. At the time, she made no comment at the public trial. But why would she when there were clearly still many hunters among them?
Beat wasn't exactly someone she would have chose instantly, but with how he's been acting, he may be someone who can help.
So, under the pretense of Beat coming over because she wanted to bake to distract herself from the whole situation at hand and she needed someone to eat the excess cookies, they would meet at Cabin N.
However, once inside, she motions for Beat to wait in her room. Cookies were involved, though ones already made from the previous night.
A tray of cookies and two tall glasses of milk accompanied her before she entered her room too and locked the door behind her. The tray was set on her desk before she made precautions to close and lock anything with an opening to the best of her ability.
Finally, she goes to the desk and hovers nearby where her journal is, though her hands are playing fervently with her hair.
